Hello, my name is Melanie and I am a young artist currently studying for my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at East Stroudsburg University. A lot of my work is simply learning who I am and what I want to create in this world, but my special collection, The Grey Ribbon, is a display of my ongoing battle against my brain tumor. 

​Though my style isn't too distinct, it's pretty clear that I most enjoy working in black and white. I find having a black-and-white piece with a splash of color conveys an ability to bring light to any situation,  no matter what.
